RV Parks Info
The Sleepy Hollow RV parks are each a separate community within SHME,Inc. With about 176 sites for the winter months, they have constant activities, their own officers, bingo, card games and much more. There are many talents in the parks, including music groups, athletic groups, and more. The RV parks residents participate in many of the Mobile Estates club house activities and share in the use of the large heated pool. They are invited to the various club house meals, i.e., spaghetti suppers, card games, bingo, and other events.

Rental Fees for both RV Parks:
Water supply is included in both RV Parks’ rental fees.
Internet, television, and telephone service is available from Spectrum Networks, 855.660.8731.
Fiber-optic service is available at each lot. Your volunteer Park Host will give you more contact information on Spectrum; the price depends on the services required.
Electric service is available at each lot from Duke Energy.
2023 – 2024 Seasonal Rates
Daily: $50.00. Includes water & electric.
Weekly: $250.00 Includes water & electric.
1 to 5 Months: $540/month Includes water.
6 Month Stay: $440/month Includes water.
RV 1 & 2: Temporary storage fee is $25.00 oer week (no to exceed 6 weks in one season and requires host approval) per livable unit.
RV 2: Year-round residents $375.00 per month.
There will be an additional fee of $30.00 for all designated large lots, which is not reflected in the seasonal or yearly rates but is an additional charge.
Options: Seasonal renters have the option to pay monthly over a 12-month period.
NOTIFY SLEEPY HOLLOW ESTATES OFFICE BY MAY 1, 2023 to set up monthly payments option.
With summer storage rent (6-month season) $247.50/month.
Without summer storage rent (6-month season) $220.00/month.
Both RV Parks have a recreation hall, shuffleboard courts, laundry, showers, and twice/week trash pickup.
Recycling is also picked up twice per week.
Activities in both parks include the Social Club, Coffee Hour, Arts & Crafts, Card Game nights, Bingo.
Regular community meals in RV Parks 1 & 2 and at SHME, everyone is invited.
